Cancellations are accepted 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
In the event that an appointment is cancelled with less than 24-hour notice, the client will be charged the full amount of the service(s) that were scheduled.
There is a 15-minute grace period for clients that are running late. Any time beyond 15 minutes will forfeit the appointment and it will have to be rescheduled. Appointments are scheduled 45 minutes apart.
